Instagram Follow Check
How do I get my Instagram data?
- Open Instagram Settings, then Accounts Center → Your information and permissions.
- Choose Export your information → Create export → your Instagram profile → Export to device.
- Select Followers and following, set the date range to All time, and choose JSON. Download the ZIP when it’s ready.
Instagram occasionally renames these menus. Look for “Export your information” in Accounts Center. Exports can take time to prepare. Open Meta’s official guide.
Choose your Instagram export
The ZIP as it downloaded, or its unzipped folder. We’ll find the right files inside.
